FF Registration

Welcome to the Registration Page for the 2024-25 Faith Formation Program Year.

You may register online by filling in the form below.

Fees:
Register before September 3, 2024 - $70/ one child; $140/2 children; $200/3 or more children
Register September 3-11, 2024 - $90/one child; $180/2 children; $250/3 or more children
Register after September 11, 2024 - $100/one child; $200/2 children; $280/3 or more children

Electronic Payment for Faith Formation

 

Faith Formation Fee paid before or on July31 is $70 per child; Family Rate is $250. After Aug. 1, fee is $90 per child, Family Rate is $320.
Scholarships are available upon request. Contact Thuy-Anh or Fr. Greg.
Sacramental Prep fees will be assessed during the year.
