Pastoral Care Ministry

 The Pastoral Care of parishioners is a vital ministry for our parish. In many cases it is carried on informally through friendships and relationships that are developed by active participation in neighborhoods.  In other cases it is a scheduled Word & Communion service at a local adult living facility.
