A LOOK AHEAD
State Fair time signals the unofficial change of seasons. We mourn the end of summer but look forward to the many opportunities to grow our faith and community during this coming program year. Stay tuned for book studies, Parent Chats with Fr. Greg, Family Faith Events, Harvest Fest, Turkey Bingo, Pancake Breakfasts, Hospitality Sundays and most importantly, Sunday liturgies.
OCIA
Do you know someone interested in learning more about the Catholic faith? Invite them to join OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation for Adults) small group. Meetings begin September 13 with the Rite of Dismissal at the 10:30 Mass. Please contact ThuyAnh Hoang for more information.

FAITH FORMATION TEAM
Please contact Director of Religious Education, ThuyAnh Hoang, if you would like to fill in the missing gaps on the catechist team. Catechists or Assistant Catechists are needed for grades 1-7 and Confirmation.
CHILDREN'S LITURGY OF THE WORD (CLOW)
CLOW is held most Sundays during the 8:30 & 10:30 Masses. Children aged 3 years through 1st grade are invited to attend. Catechists are needed for this program that begins September 13. Contact ThuyAnh Hoang to volunteer.
SMALL GROUP BOOK STUDY
Join us as we delve into the Book of Genesis. There will be two Wednesday sessions: morning and evening. The morning session will meet 5 times October 7 - November 4 and cover Part 1. The evening session will meet 10 times September through November and cover Parts 1 & 2. Find details & register here.
AMERICAN RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE
The Council of Catholic Women (CCW) is sponsoring a blood drive tomorrow, Friday, August 28. A few Power Red spots and one regular spot are open. Sign up to donate at this link.
WELCOME TO OUR FAITH
We welcome Hayden, son of Natalie and Alex Trana, to the Catholic faith as he is baptized after the 10:30 Mass this weekend.
QUILTERS
All quilters are invited to the Parish Community Center on Thursday, September 3 at 9am. No experience necessary.
LORD, RENEW YOUR CHURCH

YOGADEVOTION
Yogadevotion holds classes Mondays, 5-6pm at the Parish Community Center beginning September 14. Cost and registration here.
RECLAIM SUNDAYS
As the first year of focus on Reclaiming Sundays draws to a close, this week scope out your neighborhood (or church). Is there an area that needs a little TLC?. Read Archbishop Hebda's pastoral letter to families.
PARISH COMMUNITY CENTER UPDATE
Window woodwork is refinished, walls are painted, and outside beams are revarnished. Everything will be back to "normal" soon.
FAITH FORMATION REGISTRATION
Registration is open for the 2026-2027 Faith Formation year. The kick-off event is Wednesday, September 16. Catechist training is September 23 and the first class and Parent Chat with Fr. Greg is September 30. Register now before the hustle and bustle of the school year begins.
