FAMILY FAITH EVENT
open to all families
Join other parish families on Wednesday, May 6, beginning at 6:00pm at the Parish Community Center for pizza, prayer and play. Wiseguys pizza will be served from 6-6:15. A short program follows thanking catechists for their dedication to the Faith Formation program. Indoor and outdoor games will be available for families to play and interact with each other. Come, get to know other families of faith and make connections!
We do ask that you RSVP by May 5 to aid us in the pizza order.
HOSPITALITY SUNDAY
Join us for donuts, juice, coffee, and milk after the Sunday Masses this weekend. Make a new friend! Can you help serve?
SERVING YOUR PARISH
Play an important role in your parish. Advise the pastor in pastoral and temporal tasks of the parish as a member of the pastoral or finance council. Talk to a current member or visit the website for more information. Pastoral Council: David Breen, Justin Crowley, Ivan Droessler, Judy Flett, Brent Skalicky, and Sharon Tomlin. VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Registration is open for Rainforest Falls, where children from 3 years to 5th grade will explore what it means to be rooted in relationship with God, a safe place in life's storms. Middle and high school students and adults are needed as volunteers.
Vacation Bible School is June 15 - 19 from 9am to noon. Register here
WATCH THE SAINTS

PRAYERS
We extend prayers to the family and friends of Lorraine Grieman whose funeral will take place on May 7 at 11:00am at the Parish Community Center.
BEREAVED MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH
Saturday, May 2 at The Church of the Epiphany in Coon Rapids. A beautiful morning of prayer and reflection honoring bereaved mothers and the children they've lost (from pregnancy to adulthood). See flyer. Register here by April 25.
QUILTING SESSION
New and experienced quilters are invited to the Parish Community Center at 9am on Thursday, April 30 for a morning of fellowship and quilting.
PANCAKE BREAKFAST
The Men's Club is hosting a pancake breakfast after the 8:30 Mass on Sunday, May 3. Bring your gently used books! Redeemed Books & Media will be collecting them to sell at area events as a fundraiser for the Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf.
NEW MEMBER WELCOME
If you know someone who would like to get to know us a bit better and maybe even want to get registered in the parish, invite them to stop by the Welcome Table at the pancake breakfast on Sunday, May 3 after the 8:30 Mass.
AMERICAN RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE
The Council of Catholic Women (CCW) is sponsoring a blood drive on Friday, April 24 at the Parish Community Center. Reserve your donation time now. There are many Power Red slots open. Limited walk-ins are accepted.
ROOM SET UP
Can you help set up for weekend Mass after the blood drive? If you can lend a helping hand on Saturday, April 25 from 10-10:30, volunteer here.

MAINTENANCE POSITION OPEN
The part-time maintenance position remains open. Up to 15 flexible hours per week. Duties include regular inspection of grounds and general repairs as well as room set up for events. Contact the parish office for details.
MAINTENANCE HELP
If you would like to volunteer your time for small maintenance projects at the parish, please contact the parish office. Examples: replacing a lock, getting out the hoses, installing a smoke alarm....

CHILDREN'S LITURGY OF THE WORD (CLOW)
Children's aged 3 years through first grade are invited to attend Children's Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) this Sunday at the 8:30 and 10:30 Masses. Children will participate in activities which will encourage a stronger relationship with Jesus.
