September 17 email newsletter:

Signs of fall are popping up around us: cooler mornings, shorter days, and football games. The parish fall season is ramping up, too. There has been parent meetings and catechist orientations, book study sign ups and discussions surrounding Advent and Christmas have begun!
 
Stay tuned to the goings of your parish through the weekly email letters, the bulletin, Fr. Greg's Mass announcements and the website.
 
If you have not done so, register your child(ren) for Faith Formation this week. Materials will be distributed soon.

Grades 9-10 Parent Orientation is September 23 @ 6:30pm (Zoom)
 
Register for the fall book study (Zoom). You will need to pick up the book from the parish office. The study begins the week of September 28. There are a few slots left. Details at stgens.org/book_study
 
If you someone in your household can't make it, please change your reservation at this link to make room for another guest to attend Mass.
 
Liturgical Ministers Needed
 
Registration for the next Liturgical Minister Training Session on October 15 is here. Plan on attending if you would like to help with a Christmas Mass.

September 10 email newsletter:

Beginning next week, Wednesday's Daily Mass will be moved to 8:00 am in the Parish Community Center. The building will be opened at 7:45 am. All current protocol will be followed (register early, face masks, keep 6 foot physical distance).
 
For the first time, registration for a Sunday Mass was filled last week. We are very thankful for the volunteers who make this public Mass possible. If registration is full when you go to the online link or if the ushers tell you the Mass is filled when you come to the door, please remember that you can watch the 9:30 Mass or the recorded Mass by going to our website.
The number of guests are limited because we want to make Mass as safe as possible for everyone.

Sacristan, Ushers and Eucharistic Ministers are Needed or the Mass will need to be canceled.

Registration for the next Liturgical Minister Training Session on September 17 is here.
 
Fall Book Study: Panorama of the Old Testament. This is a 4-week session offered Mondays @ 1pm, Wednesdays @ 10am and Wednesdays @ 7pm beginning the last week in September via Zoom. Don't be afraid of Zoom!
We can help you get started. Participation is limited, so register early.

2020-2021 Faith Formation Registration is open at this link. Please register by next Tuesday, September 15 so enough supplies can be ordered. The year will begin in October with an online program. (click for welcome letter)
