FAITH FORMATION UPDATE

Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025

Dear Parents and Catechists,

This week in Faith Formation classes, we will have a special 15-minute lesson for all grades PreK-5th on the Circle of Grace in the Media Center at 6:16 pm. This lesson focuses on helping our young people actively participate in a safe environment for themselves and others. We will begin with this short video to introduce Circle Grace, ask questions, and discuss, then send the students back to their class. We will do the same for grades 6-8 next week, Nov. 12.

Q&A with Fr. Greg. The 6th-grade Q&A will be held this week. Fr. Greg will come to class to answer their questions, and parents are invited to join and hear what questions they have for him.

**At Home This Week:** Your child brought home an orange slip with an activity to work on together. Please sign it and return it to class the following week (Nov.5) for a chance to enter the drawing (kids love surprises!).

Pick a night for Family Movie Night.

Pop some popcorn, grab some blankets, and enjoy a movie together!

Consider picking a movie about a saint, about the afterlife (such as Coco), or another family-friendly movie.

**Confirmation I & II Retreat Announcement**

The retreat for Confirmation students is planned for Saturday, November 8, 2025, at St. Genevieve's Parish Community Center from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This retreat provides a valuable opportunity for candidates to reflect on their relationship with God and how this relationship influences their other connections. Participants will engage in quiet prayer time, group activities, and enjoy bonding experiences with one another. A detailed schedule will be sent to families soon.
