The Virtue of Hope is something we can actively exercise and that can make us more resilient, compassionate and faithful. Hope can allow us to be happier, grounded and successful. It is the one virtue that both faith and scientific research agree is the key to overcoming life’s challenges. As Catholic Christians the Cross is a symbol of this hope for us- a true “anchor for the soul.” As we begin the Lenten season, join us for prayer, presentation, discussion, quiet reflection, inspiration and ideas for how to exercise your hope habits.
