Country Store News:
The Council of Catholic Women will be collecting items for the Festival's Country Store:  handmade dish towels, baby items, jewelry and woodwork; breads, cookies, cakes, pies, other baked goods, jams, jellies, peaches, tomotoes, pickles, salsas, fresh-picked vegetables and fruits, floral and potted plants.

Quilt Raffle Tickets available after Mass and at the Picnic.

Parish Festival Team

Mission Statement:
The Parish Festival Team of the Church of St. Genevieve coordinates activities to provide a day of social engagement for the parish and community and provide financial support to the parish.

Accountability:
The Parish Festival Team is accountable to the pastor and the parish governing councils.  Leadership of the Parish Festival TEam attend the annual parish financial controls review meeting. The festival team works with the Parish Business Administrator to obtain permits and licenses as needed for event such as: Gambling Permit, Liquor License and Sub-License & Proof of Insurance (vendors).

Membership: 
Open to anyone in the parish and community to help organize event.

Meetings: 
Meetings are conducted as needed buy typically include:

Officers:
Required officers are the team chairperson and a finance lead.  There are individuals who serve as leads of various activities supporting the annual event.

Committees:
No committees but typically Leads for organizing subsets of activities for Festival such as:
Beer Stand, Bingo, Country Store, Dining Room, Finance, Food Prep, Games, Hamburger Stand, Kitchen, Parking/Security, Raffle Tickets, Silent Auction
